Mirador Talent Management was founded in 2019 by Miranda Chadwick, with an existing roster of well loved TV talent that she and her co-founder Jamie Slattery had built over the previous decade. Representing leading talent across a broad spectrum, each client has specific areas of expertise that we are proud to support in a variety of means; content creation, broadcast, branding, commercial, literary and speaking.

Mirador works collaboratively with each client, implementing their ideas and nurturing their goals with solid strategy and commitment to build and maintain their career momentum. From creative backgrounds in talent management, development and television production, the team have cast-iron relationships with key decision makers at agencies, brands and content platforms, key to bringing clients ideas to fruition. We have a very high staff to client ratio and believe that having a strong partnership, working hand in glove with each client in an extremely proactive way is what will  separate us from the rest.
