Harpz Kaur

Harpz Kaur is a Huddersfield-born broadcaster, DJ and Virgin Radio Broadcaster who most recently fronted CBBC's Saturday Mash-up for two years and BBC Asian Network’s Breakfast Show for five years where she holds record breaking listening figures

Harpz has hosted a range of TV programmes for the BBC's Red Button such as 'Radio 1's Big Weekend' and 'Asian Network Live' as well as featuring as a reporter for Football Focus.
 
Harpz is one of the most loved faces in south-asian culture and is highly respected by the south-asian music scene both in the UK and internationally having interviewed, opened as a DJ for and hosted tours, for some of the biggest names in the industry including Gurdas Mann, Diljit Dosanjh and Karan Aulja. 

With her continuously growing platform and love for fitness and dance, Harpz is often seen working with various sports organisations such as ECB and The FA to encourage more diversity in sports and is an official ambassador for the ‘Dream Big Desi Women’ campaign. In 2022 Harpz executed a sold-out dance tour across the UK bringing along friends from the UK music scene to give live performances at the classes.
